What's the typical project rental length?
Most project rentals run 6–24 months, matched to the project SOW. Shorter rentals (1–3 months) covered under our Event & Short-Term Rental programme.
Can we extend if the project runs over?
Yes. Extensions handled on the same rate (or pre-negotiated extension rates). We hold the same physical units where possible.
Do you supply specialised configurations for engineering / dev projects?
Yes. Workstations for CAD/BIM/engineering, dev laptops with 32 GB+ RAM, GPU machines for ML, all supported.
What about software licences?
Hardware rental is from us; software licences typically remain customer-procured (we can advise on common bundles). For OS, devices ship with Windows 11 Pro or macOS as configured.
Can we use rental devices at client locations?
Yes, common for consulting and IT-services projects. We can configure devices to match client security policies during scoping.
